Walleye fishing Kettle Falls and the Upper Columbia River
Jun 12, 2020
It has been a while since we've had the opportunity to provide you all with a current Walleye report. The Walleye fishing has been really good around the Kettle Falls area/Upper Columbia River. We have been finding our fish on rocky boottoms in depths from 20'- 65' of water on green, purple, and pink jiggs with plastics for the attractant. The Walleye fishing is doing well in North Gorge and North of China Bend. To keep your jig at the bottom in those strong currents has been quite the trick without getting snagged up, but we were able to still manage catching this quality bunch of Walleye anyway! The saying, "The early bird gets its worm" truly applies here for fishing up in the Kettle Falls area. Good Luck Everyone!
